Project Kick-off

It’s a factory decommission project. Post the detailed analysis of the cargo survey in supplier warehouse, our projects team has derived the stuffing plan, to load the cargoes in 15 x 40foot Flatrack + 10 x 40foot Dry Boxes. Our projects engineering division has successfully checked & verified all the checklist to understand the feasibility of loading the cargoes on a containers with COG marked, along with systemic data driven approach to ensure the safety of life’s at sea, our valuable cargo, vessel & port gantry safety standards. A clear road map has been developed and necessary procedures has been initiated.

Operation Execution

Our team has visited the factory in order to understand the space availability & safety standards to arrange the rigger team, mobile cranes, forklift, sliding jacks etc., A detailed project road map has been developed.

Cargo type is industrial heavy machineries & we have categorized the units as standard & out of gauge packages.

Since the inventory is high, we need to initially get the approval on the inventory availability from our principal.

Once the checklist has been verified, we have arrange the loading sequence and initially stuffed the dry boxes and gated in port.

All the special equipment’s are out of gauge, it’s been informed as direct delivery by the VO in Johor port & hence the loading has been arranged in-accordance with specific timelines. Also, its mandatory to avail the OOG approval from the VO along with the lashing certificate. This involves close attention to detail especially when loading a bulk lot of special equipment’s with direct delivery.

We have appointed lashing surveyor to get the lashing checks done for all the containers.
